Organisation

Equipment and players are arranged as shown.
The starting position is at the line of the penalty area.
Put plenty of extra balls behind the players.
Place one player to each stick outside the penalty area.
Each side starts the exercise in turns.
Players change their positions continuously.

Description and Graphics

Starting player starts this soccer drill with a sharp pass to the team-mate who receives the ball outside the stick and dribbles towards the other stick. Player performs a shot on goal from the outside of the stick with the outside of the foot.

Exercise 2: Players start with a wall pass and the progression is the same.
