Organisation

In this exercise players work in pairs.
After every action they change their positions and roles.
Three variations can be seen, which are performed to both directions.

Description and Graphics

In the variations Player in Position A begins the exercise by dribbling and passing the ball to the Player in Position C, who asks for the ball by moving outside of the mannequin in an open body position. Meanwhile Player B runs to Position D. Player C receives the ball and dribbles inside to combine with his pair in the middle.
The difference is between the players' combinations of C and D positions in the variations.
