Organisation
Cones are used to mark four positions as shown. Three sticks are also placed into the area as shown. Players change positions continuously in alphabetical order. Distances of the positions must be adequate to the agegroup. Take two keepers into the soccer drill to have enough resting periods.
Description and Graphics
Perform this progression at about 70-80% of intensity, force the players to keep this high intensity and take care of the shooting techniques in all of the shots. Handling of the passes is also important. Perform the exercises to both sides and the receiving after the 5th and 7th pass to both directions.
