Soccer Finishing Under Pressure
This soccer finishing exercise focuses on developing kicking technique under pressure, reaction ability, functional techniuqe and helps to practise the collective movements of defenders. This soccer drill also helps to innervate individual defending principles.
Organisation
8 players (4 attackers and 4 defenders)take part in the soccer finishing drill. They are identified with different colours. After a few exercises attackers and defenders change role. Duration: 4-6x2 minutes
Description and Graphics
Players move continuously in the penalty area. The coach stands outside the area and he passes the ball to one of the attackers. Attackers try to shoot on goal as fast as they can. Defenders block the shots and try to tackle. The coach can change the different passes (sharp, low or lobbed ball etc.) and he can throw the ball too.
