Organisation

Players are arranged as shown. Goalkeeper is in goal. Players work in pairs. The attacker has a ball and the defender stands opposite him without a ball. Players change their roles and sides. Place plenty of extra balls next to the starting position.

When the attacker reaches the stick the defender (Player D) can start his move and sprints towards the diagonally placed stick. Players make a zig-zag movement. After the last stick the attacker shoots on goal and the defender tries to prevent or block it. The exercise continues from the other side.
