Equipment and players are arranged as shown. Exercise is performed with two balls. Players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order. The sticks' distances are adequate to the age group.

Description and Graphics

Players start the soccer drill from Position A and E with one-one ball. In these positions players must wait for each other to play the ball at the same time. In Position C and G players act with both balls before changing positions. Two variations are performed.
