Organisation

Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
The optimal number of players is 8.
This passing progression is performed with 2 balls at the same time.
Players' starting positions are A-B-C-D and they change in alphabetical order continuously.
Since the variations are performed in both directions during the exercise, there are two of the D and E positions as shown.
Two variations can be seen.
