Organisation

Cones are used to create an approximately 20-30 meters circle. (The size of the area depends on the number of players and the abilities of the group that we work with.)
Players are arranged as shown.
Outside players are on the circle line without ball.
In the middle there are 2 or 3 same colored players (blue) as outside and each of them have a ball.
2 more players (green) are located with ball and 2 other players (red) are placed without ball in the middle of the circle.
In Variation two we add one or two players in a fourth color inside the circle. This player holds a ball in his hands.

Players change their positions and roles in a determined way:
Blue players change their positions continuously while the progression is running.
Green and red players act and move only in the middle of the area and they change roles with the blues periodically.
The situation is the same with the white player in exercise 2, his position is also changed after determined repetition.
