Create and Find Passing Channels
This complex functional soccer passing drill focuses on cooperation, creating passing channels, the pace and angles of passes.
Organisation
Cones are used to mark the players' positions.
Mannequins are placed to draw the passing channels as shown.
This complex passing drill requires an approximately 40x30m area, but during the planning the distances must be considered according to the given age-group and to the players' technical skills.
The soccer passing exercise is performed with two balls simultaneously.
Players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order. After reaching the starting position (A) from position F the players join to the end of the other sided group, so they begin the exercise to the other side.
Description and Graphics
Four variations can be seen.
The progression always starts from position A.
There are different combinations in the variations, which are performed to both directions.
