Creating Triangles with Continuous Rotation

This soccer passing drill is the basis of changing positions in possession and the shape construction - destruction play. The exercise also aims to improve players' cooperation and innervate the correct timing and angles of supporting movements without the ball.

Organisation

Cones are used to create an 8x8m rhombus.
There is a mannequin in the center of the area, which helps the players to create the correct angles of wall passes and movements.
4 players are suggested to take part in the exercise but it can be achieved with 5 players, too.
They are arranged as shown.
The soccer drill is performed to both directions and the players change after the combinations in alphabetical order.

Description and Graphics

This is a complex passing exercise and it demands good quailty of passing technique and the high level of cognitive abilities.
Therefore the progression requires strong concentration so it's important for the players to perform the soccer drill with slow intensity and more touches at first.
