This soccer passing drill focuses on developing functional technique, pace of passing, vision and rection. The exercise also helps develop soccer specific endurance.

Organisation
Cones and small goals are used to create the playing area. Distances must be concidered and created adequate to the given age-group. Players are arranged as shown. Player A, B and C work in cooperation against Player D. Change players' positions periodically.
Description and Graphics
Player A, B and C pass to each other as fast as they can. Player A and C have to pass the ball into the goal ahead but they can only toward the ball straightforward. Player in position B is restricted to pass the ball towards the goals. Player D must react to the position of the ball and defeat both goals with a fast side movement. Take care of the period of load and rest.
