Organisation

Cones and small goals are used to create the playing area. Distances must be concidered and created adequate to the given age-group. Players are arranged as shown. Player A, B and C work in cooperation against Player D. Change players' positions periodically.

Description and Graphics

Player A, B and C pass to each other as fast as they can. Player A and C have to pass the ball into the goal ahead but they can only toward the ball straightforward. Player in position B is restricted to pass the ball towards the goals. Player D must react to the position of the ball and defeat both goals with a fast side movement. Take care of the period of load and rest.
