Organisation

Six mannequins or cones are used to mark the players' positions as shown.
Distance of the mannequins or cones should be considered and created according to the given age-group and the required load of the exercise.
Players are placed next to the mannequins as shown and they change their positions continuously.

Description and Graphics

The soccer passing exercise is performed by two balls simultaneously and the players change their positions in alphabetical order.
Two variations can be seen.
Receiving techniques can be determined: inside or outside the marker with different techniques and surface of the feet.
The players' runs to the next positions are performed at a moderate or high intensity.
