Endurance with Basic Passing 3
This passing drill develops endurance and speed endurance by maintaining a high passing tempo with continuous movement.

Organisation
Small cones are used to mark the starting positions of the players, as shown.
The larger cones define the passing path and movement pattern during the exercise.
Poles are positioned outside the large cones on both sides and must be bypassed after each pass.
Distances between the starting positions, cones, and poles should be adjusted according to the age group and the intended physical load of the activity.
A minimum of five players is required to run the exercise.
The number of players directly affects the load: more players result in longer recovery periods between actions.
Description and Graphics
Players pass the ball to each other one touch whenever possible.
After each pass, players sprint towards the designated pole, bypass it, and then accelerate back into the next starting position.
If the pass is not accurate or the ball bounces, players are allowed to control the ball, but first-touch quality remains a key focus throughout the exercise.
Variation 1
After bypassing the pole, players sprint back to their original starting positions.
Variation 2
After bypassing the pole, players sprint to the opposite starting positions, increasing movement demands and overall load.
