Endurance with Basic Passing 3
This soccer passing drill focuses on developing endurance, speed and basic passing skills.

Organisation
The small cones are used to mark the players' positions as shown.
The big cones determines the passing path for the players during the implementation.
The poles are located outside the big cones on both sides. Players must bypass these after their passes.
Distance of the staring positions, the poles or cones should be considered and created according to the given age-group and the required load of the activity.
At least 5 players take part in the exercise, otherwise the number of players also determine the load. More players, more resting time.
Description and Graphics
Players are passing the ball to each other with one touch. After their passes they sprint toward the determined pole, bypass it then sprint to the starting point.
Of course, if the pass isn't accurate or the ball bounces, the players can receive the ball, but the first touch is very important.
Variation: 2
In the first variation the players sprint back to the starting points after they reach and bypass the determined pole.
In the second variation they sprint to the opposite starting points after they reach and bypass the determined pole.
