Organisation

Cones are used to create two 10x15m rhombuses. 8 players are suggested to take part in the exercise. They are arranged as shown. Players change their place after the combinations the same way in both variations continuously: P1-P3, P3-P2, P2-P4, P4-P6, P6-P5, P5-P1 etc.

Description and Graphics

Two variations can be seen in this soccer passing drill: players practise fast combination play with changing positions, moving away and innervating the movements without the ball to construct triangles and play in a fluid way.
