Fluidity - Changing Positions 2
This soccer passing drill is the basis of changing positions in possession and the shape construction - destruction play. The exercise also aims to improve players' soccer vision, cooperation and innervate the correct timing and angles of supporting movements without the ball.

Organisation
Cones are used to create two 12x12m rhombuses. 8 players are suggested to take part in the exercise. They are arranged as shown. Players change their place after the combinations the same way continuously: A-B, B-C, C-D, D-E, E-F, F-A etc.
Description and Graphics
This is a complex passing exercise and it demands good quailty of passing technique and the high level of cognitive abilities.
Therefore the progression requires strong concentration so it's important for the players to perform the soccer drill with slow intensity and more touches at first.
