Heads up From the Ball - Orientation and Vision
This complex passing progression focuses on head orientation, cooperation of the players, anticipation and cognitive abilities.

This exercise can be played by 6 to 16 players.
Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
Cones are used to mark an area in the middle.
The outside players work with one ball. In the middle, all players hold a ball.
Description and Graphics
Outside players pass their one ball to each other. Inside players dribble out from the marked area and combine with the outside players in a determined way and replaces them after the combinations. Outside players after the combination dribble into he marked area. After reaching the area they choose a direction and combine with the players outside again. Outside players should take care of passing to their free team-mates. Ball should be circulated continuously.
