Organisation

Set up a diamond using cones, approximately 10 × 18-20 metres.
Place a mannequin in the centre as a passive defender.
Players start on the sides and corners of the diamond and rotate continuously after each action.
Use multiple balls to keep the tempo and rhythm high.

Description and Graphics

Players follow a predetermined passing pattern with an emphasis on one-touch play and third-man involvement.
Combinations are played around the central mannequin, using correct angles and body orientation to open passing lanes.
After each pass, players move immediately to the next position, maintaining constant activity and a fluid rhythm.
The drill promotes quick recognition, forward thinking, and well-timed movement to keep combinations continuous.
