Organisation

Equipment and players are arranged as shown. Players perform the exercise to both directions.

Description and Graphics

Player in position A starts the soccer drill with a pass to the Player in position B, who receives it and dribbles it inside and player A overlaps player B. At this moment player A gets the ball back and forwards it to player in position C. Player in position C receives it and passes to player in position D who also dribbles it inside and player C overlaps player in position D. At this moment player C gets the ball back and forwards it to Position A. Players change between A and B positions and C and D positions.
