Organisation

Players work in a group of four.
Four cones are placed to mark the positions  and one pole is placed in the middle as shown.
Three players outside change positions continuously and the one in the middle is replaced periodically.
Outside players have to move to the empty space after the passing.

The soccer drill is played with two balls.

Description and Graphics

The objective of this exercise is to play the ball diagonally with receiving the ball or with a one-two pass by opening the deep passing channel. One of the outside players' (C) begins this session with a pass to the middle. Player in the middle receives or knocks the ball in angle to create a turning or deep passing opportunity and the ball could be played to the other side.
