Reaction and Combinations
This soccer passing drill focuses on awareness, reaction ability and performing combinations with short passes.
This passing exercise also develops creating correct supporting angles and cooperation of players.
Organisation
Six players are involved in this soccer passing exercise.
Sticks or mannequins are placed in a diamond as shown to draw passing channels.
Two server players and four players take part in this exercise and they change role periodically. Players in the middle are identified with different colors.
This soccer passing drill is performed with one ball.
Description and Graphics
This is an unregulated passing exercise. Players in the middle perform the task randomly and in continuous changes. Server players (A and B) stipulate who will get and have to ask the ball first. After the first pass was taken the combinations have to be performed randomly. Players position themselves according to the best rhythm and harmony of combinations.
