Organisation

8 sticks or mannequins are placed to create passing channels and 4 cones are used to sign the Positions C in the middle of the area as shown.
Distances of the positions are 7-8 meters.
Players work in four groups of 4 and they change in alphabetical order continuously during the exercise.
There are two variations, which are performed to both directions.
This football passing drill can be performed with 2 or 4 balls simultaneously.

Description and Graphics

This soccer passing drill demands high level of concentration and good quality of passing techniques.
Players in Position A begin the exercise simultaneously even it is performed with two or four balls.
Players must take care of the speed of the execution and try to implement the combinations with each balls in the same rhythm.
