Organisation

Set up small or flat cones to mark the outside positions.
Place two mannequins in the centre, around 2 metres apart and 5–6 metres from the outside positions.
Players work in groups of three.
Two players act as servers on the outside with balls, while one player works between the mannequins.
The drill is performed with two balls simultaneously.
Players stay in their positions throughout the sequence.

Description and Graphics

One of the outside servers starts the sequence by playing into the middle player.
From there, the three players combine in a fixed pattern.
The focus is on scanning, body orientation, quality first touch, and accurate passing, while maintaining clean cooperation.
