This soccer passing drill emphasises receiving and rolling with the ball with different techniques, improving the one touch passing and wall passing. The soccer exercise also aims to innervate the cooperation between the players, the correct angles and timing of supporting movements.

Organisation

Create a 18x20x20-22 meters square with cones and sticks as shown. Place 5 sticks in the middle of the area, too.
Starting positions are 'A' and ’F’ so put more players in that positions.
12 players must take part in the exercise for the optimal execution, they are arranged as shown. Players change their positions continuously.
