Zig-Zag Passing Competition
This competitive passing exercise focuses on developing functional passing and receiving technique.

Organisation
Players are split into two same numbered groups.
Set up two equal sized playing areas for the groups as shown.
Poles are used to mark the passing channels.
Distances must be considered and created according to the given age-group.
The groups work with one ball and they have their extra balls behind the starting positions.
Two variations can be seen.
Description and Graphics
The groups are competing against each other.
The passing combinations are determined.
The players try to execute the passes, combinations and changes faster than the opponent group.
Both groups start the passing drill for the coach sign from Position A .
Players change their positions continuously following their passes.
The movement is finished when the first player returns the starting position and receives the last player's ball from Position D.
The groups change the areas after each action.
