Set up the playing field as shown.
Two coordination ladders and eight sticks are located in determined order, besides, four small goals are also placed and marked by different colored cones (yellow and orange now).
There are one-one stick behind the coaches on both sides as shown.
Distances must be created adequately to the given age group.
Players change their positions in alphabetical order, by running to the end of the other sided group.
