Organisation

Equipment is arranged as shown.
Players start the task from behind the hurdles from both sides simultaneuosly (1). After the hurdles they jog towards the poles placed on the cones (2) and then they jog to the sticks (3). After reaching the last stick they jog back to the other sided hurdles.

Description and Graphics

In the 1st section players lift their legs over the hurdles while walking between the hurdles. In the 2nd part they perform quick feet movements over the poles. They touch the ground twice in the gaps. In the 3rd part they perform zig-zag movements between the sticks at speed.
