Organisation

Players and equipments are arranged as shown.
Players work in pairs parallel in the two sides. Player A works over the ladder. Player B catches the ball and bring back to Position C. Player C replaces the ball on the top of the cone.

Players change their position continuously.

Description and Graphics

Players perform double steps between the poles or hurdles. After the last pole they accelarate to the ball on the cone. Players have to slow down in front of the ball and pass it in the air into the ring on the ground with a determined surface of the foot.
