Circle Training with 5 Stations
This soccer speed training emphasises developing enduarance, coordination, ball control at game specific load.
Organisation
Equipment: Sticks, cones and kicking boards are placed on the field as shown.
There are five stations.
10 players take part in this soccer speed exercise altogether, 5 players work and 5 players have a rest. The players perform the exercises with 70-80% intensity and they dribble the ball easily between the different stations.
Trainers or the resting players help and control at all the stations.
Duration: 3 minutes
Resting period: 3 minutes
All players perform the exercise 3-3 times in both directions.
Description and Graphics
The exercise starts at the coach's sign. The players go round continuously and perform different tasks at each station. When the coach whistles, the players move to the next station.
