Two cones mark the starting position and two sticks are placed about 5-6 meters apart from the starting line. 
Players work in pairs. 
It is very important to pay attention to the resting time and periods. 
This soccer drill must be repeated after an adequate resting period. 
If we have 5 or more pairs the exercise can be performed continuously by changing the pairs. 
If we have less than five pairs take care of resting periods and lengthen them.
