Organisation

18 or more players take part in the exercise, who work in 3 groups of 6.
The pitch is divided into 3 parts, these are the 'A', 'B' and 'C' stations. The 'A' and 'C' are in front of the two penalty areas, the 'B' is in the middle of the pitch.
One round is over when all the 3 groups perform the tasks in 'A', 'B' and 'C' station.
Load: 1-2 rounds
Duration in one station: 6 minutes
Rest among the stations: 2 minutes
Resting time between 2 rounds: 4 minutes
Intensity: 70-80%
