Organisation

Players, cones, sticks and goals are arranged as shown. Distances of the cones and sticks must be adequate to the age group.
Take care of extra balls.
Two server players are placed with balls in Position A.
Players in Position B stand on the lines of the sticks.
Players change their positions continuously.

Description and Graphics

Players in Position A stand on the lines of the cones.
Players in Position B stand between the sticks as shown.
For the coach's sign players in Position B get a thrown ball from the server players (A) in front of them. Players in Position B have to pass or head the ball back to the server. After that, the players in Position B sprint to a determined direction to turn around the sticks. When it's managed, they sprint towards the marked area as shown. The server players pass a ball into the nearer area, in order that their team-mates can receive it as quickly as possible. After the players receive the ball and dribble it out from their area they have to pass it into the small goals in front.

Faster goal scorer wins and their team gets a point.
