Description and Graphics

Two players begin the soccer speed drill from Position A and B. In front of the agility ladder they perform light jogging. Over the ladders players perform determined movements in determined directions. After reaching the end of the ladders they get a pass from Position A and B, they have to receive the ball and dribble to the cones in front to replace the player and become a server. Players who have made the passes begin their movements in the same way. Exercise should be performed at 50-60% intensity. The key of the task is the variations over the ladder. Players have to perform different movements to develop their basic coordination skills.
