Players work at four stations simultaneously, they change their roles periodically. Number of repetitions at each station: 4-6.

Description and Graphics

Intensity of performance can take a wide range. When we use this drill at the beginning of a training we have to consider grading. Raise the intensity gradually from medium to high intensity. Performance of the movements is essential. After performing an exercise players walk back to the starting positions.
