Organisation
Equipment and the players are arranged as shown.
Three positions of the players are marked with mannequins. Distances of the positions (triangle) should be created adequately to the given age group.
Set up 3-3 poles to the side lines of the triangle and place one goal outside, as shown.
2 or 3 goalkeepers are involved into this soccer exercise.
Players change their positions following their passes and perform different technical skills at high intensity during the changes.
The exercise is performed to both directions.
Description and Graphics
The players circulate the ball in the triangle.
The passes should be well weighted and sharp.
The players have to receive the ball outside the mannequins and after each pass they have to accelerate to achieve a technical task and change the position in alphabetical order.
Between 'A' and 'B' positions players achieve a dribbling task. Between 'B' and 'C' positions players perform passes with the goalkeeper and a quick zig-zag movement among the poles.
Between 'C' and 'A' positions players run with speed among the poles in a zig-zag way and they shoot on goal.
Players have a rest when they run to the next position.
