Place a pole onto two cones as shown or use a small hurdle.
Players work in pairs.
One of the players is the server and the other one is the "worker".
Description and Graphics
Server player throws the ball to the other player in the air who performs quick feet movements over the pole. Player without ball must pass it back to the hand of the server with a determined technique. "Worker" gets the ball only in one side of the pole. He steps over the pole, back and passes the ball. One player performs the task for maximum 30 sec.
Variation
- Server player serves the ball on the ground.
