Functional Technique - Speed - Endurance
The objective of this exercise is to develop the players' functional technique, as dribbling, passing and shooting at maximum speed.
The soccer drill also focuses on improving the soccer specific endurance.

Players, cones, balls and sticks are arranged as shown.
10 field players and 2 goalkeepers must take part in this complex exercise for the optimal execution.
The soccer drill also works with 14 field players, but the endurance development isn't emphasized in that case.
In the interest of the optimal progress, 4-4 or 6-6 players must be located in the A and B positions and 1-1 players in the C positions.
Players change in a determined way continuously.
Two variations can be seen.
This soccer speed drill must be executed after an accurate and intensive warm up.
