High Intensity Speed Exercise
This soccer speed exercise focuses on developing coordination and frequence.
The soccer drill also emphasises developing speed and speed of changing direction.
Organisation
Equipment and players are arranged as shown.
After finishing an exercise players walk back to the starting position.
Description and Graphics
Players have to perform the exercises at 100% intensity. All exercises have to be performed to both sides.
Exercise 1:
I.: Double steps between small hurdles.
II. Simple step into the rings.
III: Quick feet sideway movements between the sticks.
Exercise 2:
I: Sideway movements in zig-zag between small hurdles.
II: Simple step into the rings.
III: Quick feet sideway movements between the sticks.

I: Double steps forward between the small hurdles.
II: Simple steps into the rings.
