Organisation

Equipment and players are arranged as shown.
Distances are adequate to the age group.
Players work in pairs.
Change the sides of the players after every repetition.

Description and Graphics

Players start the soccer speed exercise from the end of the poles. At coach's command players start to run over the poles in a determined way and number of steps. After reaching the last pole players jump up and knock their schoulders in the air. After reaching the floor players have to sprint to the line of the cone.
