Organisation
Equipment is arranged as shown. Distances are adequate to the age group. Four different colored cones are placed in front of the agility ladder. Same colored cones are also in the hand of the coach.
Description and Graphics
At coch's sign player starts the soccer drill with double steps into the grids. After reaching the end of the agility ladder coach lifts a cone which determines the way for the player. Player has to sprint toward the called cone, turn around and sprint to the endline.
Variation
- Lift 2 cones unexpectedly to make the decision hard for the players. In this case player can choose both directions
