Description and Graphics
This soccer speed exercise can be performed in several different ways. We can vary the body positions of the players at the start or we can vary the meanings of the signs. Pairs have a determined body position when start. The coach gives a sign and they run through the hurdles at maximum speed and look at the coach who gives a complex sign to determine players' running directions. Players react and sprint to the given sticks. The coach steps to one of the cones and lifts up another. The color at the foot determines the player and the lifted color determines the running directions.
