This complex soccer drill focuses on developing reaction ability, pace and agility of dribbling the ball. Emphasis is also laid on the vision, attention and the shooting technique.

Five cones of different colours are used to mark two circles in one area as shown.
The sequence of the 5-5 cones is different in the circles and 2 balls are located in the larger one.
Goalkeepers are also involved in this soccer exercise.
Distances of the cones and the goals must be considered carefully as regards the given age-group and the planned aim.
The coach stands in the middle and he gives the commands from there.
This soccer speed exercise is a competitive one.
Three variations can be seen.
Players change their positions in alphabetical order.
Description and Graphics
Players start this soccer speed exercise by placing themselves in the smaller circles.
The coach gives a command to start by calling two colours. Players move dynamically to the cones and return in the called order, then sprint to the larger circles where 2 balls are located.
The players dribble the balls in the called order but in a different way as the sequence of the markers is different there.
After the last cone the players accelerate towards the ball between the sticks and shoot on goal.
