Organisation

Cones are used to create an approximately 14-18 meters circle.
Identify two groups of 5-6.
Players jog around the circle and keep a gap of about 1-2 meters between each other. Identify the players with numbers.
Take care of the equally slow intensity and the distances between the players.

Description and Graphics

Players start to jog around. Coach starts the progression by giving signs. Coach calls a number and the numbered player must react and sprint to the other group to replace the other player with the same number. Determine different tasks for the players to perform before the sprints at maximal intensity.
