Soccer Speed Exercise Variation 1 Set Up

See In Download In In Variation 1 both players start the task from the top of the small triangles. They run diagonally to the right small cone with quick feet and move back with defensive movement. They execute this action to the left too, then sprint to the sticks and they perform fast zig-zag movements between them. After that the players jump with both feet over the hurdles. Then the player on the left side (red now) sprints to the ball passing by the coach, performs an accurate shoot on goal, then he must touch one of the 2 small red cones with his hand and takes up the defensive position to be able to tackle. Meanwhile the right side player (white/blue now) sprints to the balls in the middle, he gets one, accelerates and puts a pressure on the defender to beat him in 1v1 situation and tries to finish the action with a goal. After the finishing the players jog back and change the roles.
