Speed and Coordination with Ball Skills
This soccer speed exercise focuses on developing coordination, complex speed of players, acceleration, agility and functional technique.

12 - 16 players can take part in the soccer drill for the optimal execution, but the exercise works with more players, too.
In case of 12 players, 4 groups of 3 must be created as in the graphics.
Players are arranged as shown and they change their positions continuously in A-B and C positions of their own group.
Distances have to be adequate to the age-group.
The first players in Positions A stand without ball, the second players in Positions C hold a ball in each groups.
The soccer drill is performed to both directions.
This exercise must be executed after an accurate and intensive warm up of very good quality.
