Organisation
Set up an approximately 10x10 meters square and mark the middle with a cone.
Players work in a group of five.
There are one player in each corner and one in the middle with a soccer ball.
Players change their positions and roles after every repetition.
Nr. of reps: 2-6
Nr. of sets: 2-4
Description and Graphics
Player in the middle needs to perform a specified running and passing pattern.
