There is a ball placed near each cones. Players who are resting has to collect and replace the balls kicked away from the cones. Four cones in the same color as the square are placed to the feet of the coach. Two cones are held in coach's hand in the same color as the players' vests.

Description and Graphics

Players compete in pairs. One pair perform three repetitions in one round. Players get signs from the coach and try to react and act as fast as they can. Cones in the coach hand mark the players' color and cones at the coach feet mean the poles of the square. Example: when the coach lifts the white cone and steps to the blue one, that means white player must accelerate to the blue cone. Other players have to react and run to the other sided diagonally placed cone. At the cone players pass the ball to the kicking board. Several variations can be played in this soccer speed exercise.
