Description and Graphics
One of the first players starts the exercise for the coach's sign. The aim is to sprint to the further stick, turn it around and sprint back to the line of the cones (Starting position) without the opponent player's catch.
The other sided opponent player can only start to sprint and try to catch the running player inside when he turns around the stick.
Teams get points when they touch the opponent players.
The exercise ends when the last player arrives to the line of the starting position.
