Description and Graphics
Players perform the first exercise into both directions by turns. In the second exercise players perform the subtasks continuously and change role at the half. Players have a short resting period between the two exercises.
Variation
Vary the demanded movements and steps over the equipment. Advancing direction can also be changed.
