Organisation

Create an approx. half a meter square by poles as shown.
Poles can be placed onto cones. (Take care of the height of poles, it must be adequate to the age group.)
Place a cone about 5 meters apart from the squares as shown.
Players work in pairs.

Description and Graphics

Players stand in the squares. At coach's command players perform quick feet movements, step out and back to the square over each pole. After stepping out of the pole in front they accelerate towards the cone. Outside the square the first step must be performed with the same sided foot.
