Organisation

Small goal is placed approximately 12 meters apart from the starting position which is signed by two small cones.
Two balls are placed onto the starting line.
In the other direction there is a stick about 5-6 meters apart as shown.
(In exercise 2 we use two small goals and two different colored cones to identify them.) Inactive (resting) players are placed next to the goals to collect the balls.
Players perform the exercise by turns.

Description and Graphics

Player stands on the starting line between the balls facing the pole. At coach's command player sprints toward the pole and turns around to accelerate to one of the balls. Player has to pass the ball into the small goal and after passing it he turns at speed again to turn around the pole again. After turning around the pole sprint to the other ball and passes it to the goal at speed.
